This new 5-story 30,000 SF urban residence is part of the exciting redevelopment of Central Harlem. The project was designed to compliment the qualities of the historic area. The building includes modern amenities as well as a community roof terrace wit panoramic views of Manhattan.

184 Thompson

The DeRosa Group provided architectural services for the renovation of 184 Thompson Street, a seven-story 85,000 SF residential building with 9,500 SF of retail spaced located in the heart of Greenwich Village. Among the improvements is a new high-end lobby for the condominium portion of the building, as well as a renovated retail area which will be home to a new branch of North Fork Bank.

Hotel Indigo of Newark

This magnificent turn of the century neo-classic high-rise was originally designed by prominent American architect Cass Gilbert in 1913 for National State Bank. The site is located in the heart of Newark's downtown district, directly adjacent to the Prudential Center. The site is a critical part of the city's redevelopment zone. This landmark building, placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977, has undergone a complete transformation to accommodate a new "boutique" style hotel for downtown Newark. The hotel includes amenities such as a health club, conference center, ground level & rooftop restaurants as well as over 90 guest rooms.

Cedar Brook Crossings

Cedar Brook Crossings is a new 120,000 SF development located in the greater Princeton area. The site consists of three buildings, two of which will be for retail and professional uses. The anchor building will be a new state of the art business/conference style hotel, serving the local business community.
